A tanulmány a ritkaföldfémek technogén hulladékokból, különösen a titán-cirkónium ércek dúsítási meddőiből történő kinyerésének problémakörével foglalkozik, a kistérségek belső erőforrásainak kialakítása és hasznosítása összefüggésében.
