Assessment of the Dynamics of Changes in the Contemporary State of the Banking System of Ukraine

The article is devoted to the study of the dynamics of changes in the current state of the banking system of Ukraine. The purpose of the work is to analyze the key indicators of bank activity, such as assets, liabilities, capital, profits and expenses, as well as the dynamics of their changes over the past years. In the work, the main financial indicators were analyzed, graphs were drawn. Based on the results of the research, it was established that there is a close relationship between assets and liabilities, income and expenses. This analysis shows the dynamics of how the financial condition of the banking system of Ukraine changes in 2018-2022, and what these changes are related to. The conducted analysis made it possible to determine how the fall or growth of certain indicators affects the stability and efficiency of banks' work, and what effect this has on the economic situation in the country as a whole. It was established that the values of the studied indicators had dynamics both downward and upward, which requires additional research and identification of the reasons for such changes. Since the banking system of Ukraine is becoming more stable and profitable, further research on this topic can help to better understand the factors influencing the development of the banking system of Ukraine. The results of this study can be used to monitor and regulate the banking system, to develop new methods of analyzing and forecasting the development of the banking system, as well as to train specialists in the field of banking and finance, or to increase the financial literacy of the population. Further research will be aimed at researching competition in the banking market of Ukraine, studying innovations in the banking system of Ukraine and analyzing the risks faced by the banking system. Also, further research on this topic can help to better understand the factors affecting the development of the banking system of Ukraine and develop recommendations for its improvement.
