Abstract

The article examines the role of digital tools in managerial decision-making in the context of the digitalization of the economy. The relevance of the study is due to current transformations taking place in the modern socio-economic environment and accompanied by the rapid development of information technologies, the rapid growth of data, and the increasing requirements for the speed and quality of decision-making. Under such conditions, traditional approaches to management need to be supplemented with modern digital tools that provide effective analytical support for management. The study aims to systematize approaches to the use of digital tools in the process of making managerial decisions and determine the specifics of their impact on the formation of the management system at enterprises. The paper addresses the problem of the concept of managerial decisions in the context of the digital transformation of the economy, and also identifies the main stages of the decision-making process. The findings indicate that the digitalization of managerial processes contributes to increasing the efficiency of information support for management, expands the analytical capabilities of managers, and allows reducing the influence of subjective factors in decision-making processes. The study finds that the use of modern information technologies provides the possibility of operational monitoring of the enterprise's activities, processing large data sets and predicting business scenarios. The article systematizes the main groups of digital tools used in the process of making management decisions. Their functions, scope and role in supporting strategic, tactical and operational management decisions are determined. The study demonstrates that the comprehensive use of digital tools increases the quality of management analysis, provides a more informed choice and allows for a timely response to changes in the external and internal environment of the enterprise. The study concludes that the combination of managerial experience of managers with the capabilities of modern information technologies forms the basis of an effective decision support system and increasing the competitiveness of enterprises in the digital economy.
