Editorial Policies

In its activities, the editorial board:

• takes issues of copyright infringement, plagiarism or other violations of best publishing practice very seriously;
• supports the current progressive level of requirements for the selection and publication of scientific articles;
• supports the world standards of transparency of the review process, carrying out double "blind" review of manuscripts.
• guided by the requirements of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), the Budapest Declaration on Open Access to Peer-reviewed Research - Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) and the Berlin Declaration Open Access to Knowledge in the Sciences and Humanities.

The editors of the scientific bulletin perform their duties to ensure a serious approach to all stages of publishing process and declare their responsibility.
